U Drill – Internal Cooling Indexable Insert Drill for SPMT, SPGT, WCMT and WCGT
U Drill indexable insert drills are designed with an internal coolant supply for efficient drilling, cooling and chip evacuation. The drill body is made from X40CrMoV5-1 / 1.2344 tool steel with heat treatment and a surface hardness of HRC 65–70 for improved durability. Drilling depth options from 2×D to 5×D are available, while the enlarged chip space helps improve chip evacuation during machining. The drill body is compatible with SPMT, SPGT, WCMT and WCGT inserts.
